MAIDEN VOYAGE @ ART STAR, PHILLY

This past weekend (May 15+16, 2010) we joyfully lugged our newly finished print cart across the state for it's very 1st outdoor fair of the season--Philadelphia's Art Star Craft Bazaar on Penn's Great Landing. Sunshine & gorgeous both days on the Delaware Riverside!

Still some big time tinkering to do on our front awning, but as far as we could tell the new design was well received & quite a success! Many thanks to the gals at Art Star for putting on yet another fabulous event and to all of the fine folks we had the opportunity to meet & talk to!

PRINT CART SHACK

We have decided to build us a print cart!

According to our most recent prototype (pictured here with a 5'8" paper scrap man), our cart will fit quite nicely into a 10' x 10' show space & will also be able to collapse into a totable size to snug into the back of our minivan.

Any recommendations about where to find affordable wooden wheels would be greatly welcomed (feel free to comment below or e-mail your advice)!

New display will be making her debut at The Mattress Factory during the GESTURES exhibition opening May 7th. Rah!
