GRASS HOUSE WOODCUT

HOORAY! The new woodcut print in our ongoing LIFE OF LEISURE Series ~ "GRASS HOUSE" ~ is complete! Pictured above are (top) the finished print and (below) a shot of the color blocks printed before the key block is printed. We think it turned out rather lovely!

Gentle pastels color this charming little image of a hillside house covered completely in grass. We like to imagine living in little respites like this. Spreading out plaid blanket, throwing down a polka-dotted straw stuffed pillow into the sweet smelling grass and spending the afternoon wondering and cloud gazing.

"GRASS HOUSE" is now available in our online shop ~ soon to be available in our Etsy. Print size is 8 inches x 10 inches, printed on Ivory Somerset Paper. A collaborative print by the two of us at Tugboat Printshop, Paul + Valerie! Enjoy!

Part of the LIFE OF LEISURE Woodcut Series ~ prints size will probably be 8" x 10" when complete.
